Diabetes Coalition of York County

Active Older Adults

Learn the upper body sequence of the Tai Chi forms to make it easier to learn the standing movements. No Tai Chi experience required, but this gentler form of Tai Chi includes breathing and loosening exercises. Some standing balance at the end of class helps build leg strength and stamina.
