Youth ages 8 – 16yrs.
Learn basic boxing/kickboxing skills and techniques in a fun and dynamic atmosphere. Class includes cardio calisthenics, bodyweight exercises, shadow boxing and pad work. Hand wraps, boxing gloves, water bottles and yoga mats are required and participants will be responsible for providing their own. Participants should wear athletic pants/shorts, shirt and shoes.
Recommendations for wraps and gloves:
Youth under 100lbs.
- Wraps – 1″ width and 108″ length
- Heavy Bag Gloves – enclosed thumbs at least 12oz
Youth over 100lbs.
- Wraps – 2″ width and 180: length
- Heavy Bag Gloves – enclosed thumbs at least 14oz
