Education is important. Children need to have access to education and development programs in their young lives. To help with this, during the current COVID-19 pandemic, here at the YMCA we’ve created EduCare.  A transitioned Childcare program created to meet the new and emerging needs brought on by the global pandemic.

Thanks to our amazing members and generous supporters, we have provided access to affordable and high-quality programs for children to get the help they need for their growth and development.

Our Early Learning Center program at the York YMCA helps many local families recieve high-level care for their children, ages Infant – 5. We have even officially started up our Part Day preschool program at the Bob Hoffman Dover YMCA for families in the Dover area.

We’re providing a virtual safe space for students to do their virtual learning during the current pandemic. Students are able to receive full care and help with classes while also being provided time for gym use and other fun activities.
We’re proud to offer affordable childcare through our EduCare program! EduCare will continue the long tradition of childcare at the YMCA that started in the 1960s.
