Avalon Insurance Company is a new and generous supporter through the Education Improvement Tax Credit Program (EITC) which provides programs that prepare our youth for successful and bright futures. 

The Arthur J. and Lee R. Glatfelter Foundation upholds the legacy of York’s beloved Art Glatfelter—including his core values: philanthropy, compassion, and “doing the right thing.”

By supporting countless YMCA projects and programs in York County, his foundation is one of our most loyal supporters.

Central Pennsylvania Scholarship Fund is a Special Purpose Entity (SPE) that collects donor funds to allocate them to EITC-approved organizations like the YMCA of the Roses. Thanks to their generosity, many of our communities’ young adults are set-up for success!

David Hogg Family Foundation looks to work for the greater good, making a lasting impact by giving kids opportunities they wouldn’t otherwise have. Last year, they also dedicated their dollars to funding our English as a Second Language (ESL) classes that we offer through the New American Welcome Center.

Started and still run by the Scott family, the Dyer Company was the YMCA of the Roses’ matching sponsor during the past two ExtraGives in Lancaster. Its leadership are some of our most loyal members who go above and beyond to ensure the YMCA’s mission continues in our community.

Explore York is the Official Tourist Promotion Agency for York County, Pennsylvania, and is accredited by Destinations International (DI). Last year, they generously donated funds to install a digital scoreboard at the Graham Aquatic Center in Downtown York. Our swim meets will run much more smoothly thanks to their support!

Not only is Fulton Bank the YMCA of the Roses’ financial institution, it is also one of our strongest supporters through contributions towards our community development work, youth programs, special events, and more!

Graham Capital Company is continuing Donald Graham’s legacy of philanthropy by contributing to the YMCA of the Roses’ youth programs across the association and aquatics work at the Graham Aquatic Center in York City.

As a force for philanthropy in York County, Glatfelter Insurance Group supports countless local causes, including the YMCA of the Roses. Staff from this organization also regularly serve on our Board of Directors.

Hanover Auto Team is one of the strongest supporters for our free program for cancer survivors, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, and has recently stepped up to serve as volunteer leadership within the organization.

The High Foundation (created by High Companies) gives back to Central Pennsylvania and the communities in which they do business. Recently, they supported our City Center YMCA in facility maintenance to ensure the safety and quality of service for our members.

The Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster has been a long-time supporter of Lancaster’s YMCA, recently being one of the largest contributors during the Without the Y campaign in 2020.
