The YMCA of York County offers a variety of group exercise classes for all ages and skill levels. From low-impact exercise and chair-based classes, to high energy indoor cycle or BODYPUMP, you will find a class that is fun, supportive and keeps you moving.
Group fitness classes are available at no cost to Y members. Guests of the Y can participate by either paying the monthly class program fee or by using a Group Exercise Punch Card.

Running Program

Prepare for 5K races or running for fitness during this 8-week program. Participants learn basic running and stretching skills require to complete a 5K.  Offered at the York Branch.

Running Program

Prepare to run the York Marathon or Half Marathon by training with running coaches.  A mileage schedule is provided.  Group runs that increase in mileage take place every other Saturday. This program begins in January. Offered at the York branch.
