What is Pilates?

A conditioning program that goes beyond lifting weights with a focus on functional movement and enhanced body and mind connection. Build strength in core muscles for better posture,  agility, flexibility and better balance.  A certified pilates and personal training instructor provides one-on-one training sessions on the Reformer to help you build a strong and stable core.

Individual sessions:

MEMBER RATES:
6 – 30 minute sessions $125
1 – 1 hour session $ 50
3 – 1 hour sessions $125

NON-MEMBER RATES:
6 – 30 minute sessions $150
1 – 1 hour session $ 60
3 – 1 hour sessions $150

First Friday Promotion:

$5 off any individual session or package purchased on the first Friday of the month. Appointments must be completed within 90 days of purchase.
